CorpsAfrica:
Empowering Local Changemakers in Africa

Empowers young Africans:

Founded in 2011, CorpsAfrica empowers young Africans to lead community development in their own countries. Inspired by the Peace Corps model, CorpsAfrica trains and places highly educated young Africans in remote villages for up to a year, where they help communities identify and solve local challenges.

Expanded to 10 Countries:

Since its first program in Morocco in 2013, CorpsAfrica has expanded to 10 countries, with a vision to reach all 54 African nations within the next decade. To date, CorpsAfrica Volunteers have completed over 800 impactful projects across Morocco, Senegal, Malawi, and Rwanda, including building wells, schools, and roads, and launching literacy and agricultural programs.

Prioritizing Community Engagement:

By prioritizing community engagement, CorpsAfrica is shifting the development sector from external aid to empowering Africa's greatest asset—its people. Volunteers gain a transformative experience that shapes their worldview and prepares them for future success.
